I’m the writer of CalMatters’ WhatMatters, a daily newsletter that focuses on California policies and politics.

Past bylines include CNET, The Sacramento Bee, GlobalPost and Macworld. I also developed thought leadership content for Guild Education.

I graduated from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and UC Davis.
